The Australian city of Melbourne occupied the first rank as the best cities in the world to establish where, for the fourth time in a row, according to the annual survey for "The Economist Intelligence Unit."
Did not include the list of the top ten cities for the establishment of any Arab city, but three of them had a share of the worst places to stay: the Libyan capital Tripoli, ranked 132, and 135 of the Algerian capital, and the Syrian capital Damascus, 140.
The list included 140 city, maintained the first 10 cities where the centers since 2011, and Australia got the lion's share of four cities in the top ten countries of your: Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney and Perth.
Referred to as the cities are selected based on certain criteria, namely: stability, health care, culture,
environment, education and infrastructure, each city.
And, consequently, the order of the top 10 countries in the list:
